We’re thrilled to offer Sunday Brunch at Rouge Room! Enjoy French-inspired brunch specials with bottomless mimosas, rosé and caviar in the Lounge and poolside, every Sunday from 10am - 4pm. Our new brunch menu features a French omelet with caviar, steak & eggs, French toast, your favorite brunch cocktails and more. Signature dishes from our Sunday brunch menu will also now be available at the pool from Thursday – Sunday.
